Michigan's young professionals can find fellow talent sharing their successes, struggles and more on this website project put together by University of Michigan Journalism students and sponsored by Michigan Radio.

Featuring stories by Michigan talent expressing why they've stayed and why their leaving our state, this outlet is one of the most honest, comprehensive resources we've seen addressing the ever mystifying exodus of talent discussion.

From stories on what they love about our state to things that can be improved in order to keep talent in town, the website offers insights direct from the mouths of Michigan's future leaders.

In addition to the site, the GenYMichigan crew can be heard on the radio sharing their stories, ideas and more. A call in show December 17, at 7 p.m. opened up discussion to listeners and readers calling in their comments, questions and more.
