This person has the sole responsibility of ensuring that customer contracts and pricing are up to date and accurate. They make sure all the terms of contracts are accurately recorded in our software programs to ensure the customer is charged the correct amount when they make a purchase at Aspen.
This person reports to the Senior VP of Sales Marketing and is responsible for making sure all the 'Ts' are crossed and all the 'Is' are doted when it comes to pricing and contracts for our customers. Background Required: We are looking for that candidate who truly knows and can deliver top notch customer service to the internal sales teams. Prior experience with managing contracts and pricing databases are essential.
A take charge attitude and drive to improve processes and leave things in better condition than when you found it are also critical.
Overall 5-7 years of professional administration experience and Microsoft Office skills are also required.
