A Contracts Manager performs the coordination and administration of moderately complex proposals, contracts and purchase orders involving limited financial considerations or technical significance under the supervision of a higher level Contract Administrator or Manager. Background Required:
-Relevant Bachelors degreee or equivalent +2 years experience in contracts,finance or marketing.
-Good planning, time management and organization skills.
-Sound interpersonal skills used when interfacing, coordinating, and negotiating with Company personnel, customers, and suppliers.
-Ability to use computers to prepare appropriate reports and documents.
-Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
-Develops and maintains professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers.
-Certain positions may require the ability to obtain appropriate Security Clearance.
