Why Did You Choose This Job? I had previously worked at Perrigo as a validation contractor; at the time Perrigo employees impressed me with their teamwork, productivity, competence and creativity. I left a job with comparable pay and benefits to join Perrigo as a direct hire: Perrigo's working environment was the critical factor.

What Are Your Duties and Responsibilities? Writing and executing tests of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.

What's the Best Thing That's Happened to You So Far in This Position? The best thing so far was being assigned to validate types of equipment that I had not previously validated. Although I've been in validation for ten years, I learn something new on each project. Catching up with my colleagues from my contracting days has also been great!

What's the Best Thing About Working for Perrigo? Perrigo is not just stable- it's growing... because it makes the products that people are demanding.

Why Did You Choose to Work in Michigan? My family and I like the changing seasons and natural beauty of Michigan. We love to picnic at Lake Michigan, and we've had a wide variety of vacations without leaving Michigan. I also appreciate the communities: the town of Allegan, where Perrigo is headquartered, is a very friendly, cohesive community.
